Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping 

Standard: After processing, your order will arrive within 5-10 business days.

Expedited: After processing, your order will arrive within 3 business days.

Allow up to 3 business days for processing prior to your order shipping. Note that peak periods (holidays and promos) may result in additional processing time. 

The projected delivery date of an order may be impacted by shipping carrier delays during busy times. For updates, please check your tracking number. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it.  

International Shipping 

Limpies DOES NOT provide international shipping at this time.

When will it ship?

This is the procedure: you place an order, which we process and ship. processing takes one to three working days. one of our carriers then handles the rest. As soon as your package ships, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. It’s en route! 

If I don’t collect my package, WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will. for unclaimed packages, the courier assesses handling and shipping fees, which Limpies will not cover. Once the courier charges us, we will deduct that amount and return the remaining funds to you. Please be advised that this may require some time and that money will not be released until an invoice has been sent. 

Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?

NO 

Can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us at shop@ limpies.com as soon as possible.

EDIT MY ORDER
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please send us an email at email us at shop@ limpies.com as soon as you can. orders are processed promptly by our fulfillment center, but we'll try our best to accommodate your request. 

STATUS FOR MY ORDER
Order status is updated after your order is placed and again when it ships. You can view order status by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.

TRACK MY ORDER
Yes, you will receive a tracking link from the shipping company on your confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking link, please contact customer support.

TRACKING LINK DOES NOT WORK
It can take a day for the tracking link to be activated and updated. Email us at shop@ limpies.com if your link does not work within 24 hours.

NO Order Confirmation
An email confirmation to the address you provided at checkout is sent as soon as your order is placed. Please check that you have entered the correct email address and double-check your spam folder if it is missing. There may be a problem with the order if it's still missing. if so, please get in touch with us, and we'll take care of it. 

FRAUD AND INSURANCE POLICIES
Every order has transit insurance. When the shipping company receives a signature, the insurance is released, and you become responsible. a third party's signature is included in this. When the shipping company gets a signature, the order is deemed fulfilled. Any order that is identified as possibly fraudulent by our fraud assessment may be canceled by Limpies at any time.
